Local 1455 and the city come to terms on the extension of the Managed Competition Program

After six hard fought months of negotiations, President Michael DeMarco and DC 37
Research and Negotiations Director Dennis Sullivan have come to terms with the city on the extension of the Managed Competition Program. The Local 1455 Executive Board would like to thank Dennis Sullivan and Commissioner James Hanley (Mayor's Office of Labor Relations) OLR on the many hours spent trying and succeeding to get this contract signed.
